Went and saw the Horrorpops at the Social tonight. and let me just say...FANTASTIC Show. oh my dear gawds. Totally amazed, blown away and mesmerized by this band. I am going to have sex with each and every member. Especially the go go dancers. Yums. hehe, they were too great.

The Social: So now with the knowledge of the layout and atmosphere, I am getting really really excited for Minus The Bear and The National! OH GAWDS!! Minus the Bear in five days there. And Katie found her cd she had of them that she had lost for over a year...so I can listen to those songs and enjoy. I do really enjoy their music. Need to do some searches for some more of their stuff. And their song titles just rock. seriously, how are titles like "Hey, Is that a Ninja Up There?" or "Hey, Wanna Throw Up? Get Me Naked" not awesome!? Its going to be a really fun show.

And about three weeks after that, The National. Who I am just...freaking about. especially since that place is so small and I found out I can take my camera in. So, pictures of Minus the Bear and National WOOP!

But the damn National show...I think National are like...the opening opening band. Since The Social now has it listed, John Vanderslice + Portastatic + The National. And that third spot is reserved for the nobody bands that get the crap crowds because nobody came to see them. :( poopy on them!! Poop on John Vanderslice and his two three good songs and...well, Portastatic I've only listened a few songs from...so can't say much about them. But damnit!
