pssshhhh...

i've been in a sleeping slump. totally haven't slept very much in the last week. :(

had crazily bad experience when amanda and scarlett visited. Amanda's car got towed while she was here. it was just bad. stupid crap. I hate this stupid Pegasus Connection. they're evil people.

BUT! that same day I did get my vacation check from Pizza Hut. yaya! totally five months behind, but I got it. :) woo! and also! Totally random package...hmmm...what could it be? a bomb? a horrible message from somebody I pissed off? Nope. Farscape: Peacekeeper Wars dvd! Hells yeah! I didn't think it was coming for like another week or something, or if it was coming at all. dvd made me way too freaking happy. now I have to decide between Lord of the Rings or Farscape. Its a hard decision.

watched the Five Obstructions with Katie today. it was really interesting. This guy had to remake one of his movies five different times. with different rules and obstructions set by his friend each time. and it was silliness. I loved it.

and watched Sin City trailer today. The guy in film club was right. It was the best movie of 2004. no doubt.

Hey. Yay, I'm not the only person who gets all happy over DVDs...okay, wait, I knew that. Too bad most DVDs are so freaking expensive :(

yeah...they are far too expensive. *sigh* I don't even want to think about how much money of mine has gone to the dvds just sitting in my sight. but I love them so very much. :)

Well yeah. See, I think that I am actually paying good money for my DVDs because I watch them a whole lot. So, at least I am getting lots of use out of them, hehe. Unlike other stuff like books which I buy and never read because I couldnt make it past the first page.

I think DVDs are a great invention. I love them. For those of us that couldnt watch the show on TV, you can watch it on DVD. Also the rewind button is so cool. Ha ha.

that's true...I do watch my dvds nonstop. especially the dvds of television shows. which I do think is the best idea ever. "Let's put our television show on DVD!" Whoever thought that up is a genius. :) :)

Omg, I'm glad Im not the only person who watches DVDs nonstop. I do that all the time. Especially for TV shows. And you're right. Whoever thought up of TV shows on DVD was a GENIUS. I should thank them ;)

I would not have been able to watch so many things if they hadnt come out on DVDs. And it's sort of weird because I became a fan of shows just from watching DVDs too. I'm always late to fandoms *sigh*

TV on DVD *sigh* The best creation ever.AND that way you get to rewind your favourite moments and watch them 10 times. And I *love* special features. And commentaries. And the lack of advertisments.

It's kind of weird because we're not in the same fandoms though I like the Lotr movies. :p

I wouldn't have seen any of the coolest shows if not for the wonderful idea of putting them on dvd. Farscape, Queer as Folk, Dead Like Me, couple british shows Coupling and The Office. And now my roomate has Season 1 of Sex in the City and that shows awesome. hahaha. I am definitely always too late for fandoms...the shows are always cancelled as soon as I start watching or right before. :(

Though we may not be in the same exact fandoms...we understand the obsessions. hahaha.

Oh yeah, I like Sex and the City. I haven't watched the first season and my viewing of the show is extremely inconsistent to say the least but I get the major stuff that is going on. Sex and the City is way easier to understand than a lot of sci-fi stuff which is hard to get into because of the really complex mythology.

Lol. Well you're lucky because Farscape got the miniseries. :) Argh I hate it when shows get cancelled when you just start watching them or you watch a show that's been cancelled and you fall in love with it. In fact, I hate shows getting cancelled period. And none of the campaigns that I've been in have worked. Not that I did that much *sigh* And this has to be an extremely long comment. Sorry.
