Jul. 30th, 2006 04:22 amI think I'm going to have to wake up early and take Katie to help me disrupt Dan Dan The Production Man's afternoon. He's probably going to be sleeping and we're gonna show up to get my Usual Suspects dvd. I took it over there a couple days ago to watch...and when I left I forgot it. I think it was a trick of his to get my dvd. I tried to call him yesterday and he didn't answer his phone or call back...so I'll call before we go over there tomorrow but if he doesn't answer, we're showing up unannounced, and who knows how that will go over.
It can't be helped. Its The Usual Suspects...that movie is one of my favorites and the reason I had to bring it over there anyway was because Dan Dan The Production Man had previously broken his...somehow. I don't care to know because I don't want to think about it happening to my lovely dvd. I need it back.
grrrrrr, he's so fucking frustrating!
Anyway...
German Word of the Day (Part Drei): Sein - (to) Be
Because I'm gonna start conjegating and "(to) be" is probably one of the most important verbs I can think of. Need to know...definitely.
We went over to co-worker Nicole's new apartment last night and it was fun. Everybody but me got drunk and Katie, in her typsy mood, was trying to explain to me how to use the German word "nicht" in a sentence...because the resources I have didn't really detail the placement "nicht" has in the sentence structure...and her typsy teaching mode is kind of amusing.
Off to sleep. Auf Wiedersehen.
