ARSENAL!!!

GAH!

Arsenal, you bastards! You had that game! guh! Had that game in the palm of their hands.

Flamini...lovely goal. Arsenal were so beautiful. Guh!

And damn Essien for that beautiful shot. The equalizer to kill every ounce of awesome that Arsenal were feeling.

A 1-1 draw is a lovely result considering they were at Stamford Bridge...but oh....Arsenal! GAR! I just want to strangle their little throats! If they had been the ones to beat Chelsea at home...and while Chelsea are trailing Manchester United....it would have been something beautiful.

The game itself was very entertaining. Rivalry was rampant on the field and tempers were flaring a bit. Cole was getting hassled and hassled back...earning himself a booking and a couple close calls. Drogba and Lehmann got into a spat of shoving and chesting and both got bookings and a stern talking to. Lehmann stuck a good knee straight into the back of Shevchenko...thankfully who wasn't hurt by the play. I fault neither player...but it had to hurt. Ballack had a lovely shot in the first half that seemed to have been close to a goal...TRYING TO SCORE AGAINST HIS FELLOW GERMAN...you silly Ballack. That would have ruined Lehmann's day.

Gilberto was awesome. Mourinho's Goal celebration was hilarious. Wenger's dismay at his team allowing that equalizing goal was as hilarious if it weren't so crappy for me to watch. Some of the "DIVES" that were taken were just ridiculous. But they were taken on both sides so I will not complain. *looks toward Drogba and Lehmann*.

Oh and when Arsenal had those passes...those lovely passes that lead to Flamini scoring...the roar that erupted in that little bar full mostly of Chelsea fans was magnificent! hahahaha. The few Arsenal and Manchester United fans were as happy as could be. Until the equalizer a few minutes later...and Chelsea fans went nuts! and gloated like they had just gotten some amazing victory. Not that they had fallen behind at home and came quite close to losing at home for the first time in a long time. Damnit Arsenal! gah!

True, Chelsea didn't lose. But Arsenal won this little battle. In my opinion.

It was a nightmare. I was freaking out and could just picture a goal coming at any second from any player and from any attack. I bit all my nails down. :(

A win would have been the sweetest thing. But shocking them at home and making them fight for the equaliser was pretty nifty, too. *evil cackle* Especially with everyone expecting Arsenal to get thrashed by Chelsea.

I definitely think with the expectations a draw was sufficient to piss some people off.

I had confidence in Arsenal for this game...for some strange reason. Arsenal seem to get their stuff together for the big games. Beating Manchester United at home...almost beating Chelsea at home. I told the Chelsea fans to be weary.
